Video for Kerry

I'm 4 months old!

It is so hard to believe that this little girl is already 4 months old. Where does the time go? She is changing so much and learning so many new things. We went to the pediatrician last week and here are her stats:

Weight: 13.4 pounds (75th %)
Height: 24 3/4 inches (50-75 %)
Head: 15 3/4 inches (50 %)

She is laughing and smiling like crazy. She loves her stacking rings and soft blocks. She is starting to pick things up with both hands. She loves watching Otis and Greta.

She continues to have blowouts on an almost daily basis. She does it at restaurants, people's houses, the mall...She is so curious about everything and loves to watch people and things. She strains her neck to see the TV. She is officially a grabber so watch your hair. She is still a puker.

She always has some drool coming down her face.

She loves to stand but still hates tummy time.

She's starting to complain a bit and give dirty looks when she's put down.
She loves to talk and scream (happily).
She blows mad spit bubbles like her dad.
She wakes up every morning a bit congested but hasn't been sick yet.

Her new hair is coming in blond.
Her mohawk doesn't work anymore.

She continues to munch on her hands but can get her toes in her mouth now too.

She is a delightful little baby who wakes up with a smile on her face every day. She also might be the most photographed child on the planet.

Jacob's Party

We went to Jacob R's 1st birthday party at Rocky & Jill's new house on Saturday, September 19th. There were so many cute things about the party. Caramel apples, chocolate lion and monkey pops, a cotton candy machine (OMG) and Jacob himself. He is such a handsome little guy. Here are a few pics from the day.

Pinstripes

A bunch of us went to Pinstripes in Barrington to celebrate Buzz's 31st b-day last Friday night. It's a really nice place that has bowling and indoor boccee ball. I'm surprised it wasn't more crowded. We had a blast and it was so nice that everyone came (we missed Jill but she had a very important first b-day party to prepare for).
Thanks everyone for a great night!

Sophia's Party

Sophia D. had her first birthday party on Sept. 12. The theme was pink poodles. Here is the pretty birthday girl.
This party had it all:
A petting zoo
A giant bounce houseMy personal fave: a puppy adoption center

Luke, what did you do???
While placing this bow on Ella's head, Teresa Gormsen said, "There, she finally looks like a girl." OUCH!

This is after the party but I had to include a shot of Ella with her sweater.
