Goebbert's Pumpkin Patch or the fall of the perfect child

A few Sundays ago our group of friends headed to Goebbert's Pumpkin Patch for our annual outing. I was excited to see how Ella would react to the sea of pumpkins and animals. It was a steamy day and super crowded. Initially, Ella had a blast walking around and touching all the pumpkins, paying no attention whatsoever to her parents.

All the kids except for Jacob. He didn't want to pose that day.

Shortly after this picture, Ella began to lose it. She was crying and rubbing her face and falling over. Her nose started running and she was bitching at anyone who would listen. This is not her typical demeanor so we assumed she was getting sick. After some time, we decided to take her home so she could nap - which she never did! She turned out to be perfectly fine and I think maybe she ended up with some sunblock in her eye and that was the beginning of the end.
Happy freakin' Halloween!

The picture where Keaton is looking at that little boy who is crying is hysterical.
Maybe Ella got hay in her eye? What dumb luck :(
